Collective Collectivism: The Temporary Separatists & H.arta Group

Collective as a way to deal with uncertainty and anxiety as long as while success is shared, failure is dispersed and dissipated among many. Collective as a way to embrace the unpredictable, as long as any work is a process of putting together, dividing, entangling and disentangling, blending and separating skills, knowledge, opinions and emotions. Collective as play, shared responsibility, safety net, conflict, constant negotiation and ever renewed efforts to undermine hierarchy, affect, chance, intention, unpredictability, sameness and difference. Collective not just as a way to work but a way to live.
